Relief Sun is designed as a “moisturizing cream–like” sunscreen that happens to have SPF50+ PA++++, so it applies and feels like skincare rather than a film on the skin. It uses modern organic UV filters (such as UV filters from the “new generation” Korean-approved set) to provide high, photo-stable protection against both UVA and UVB rays, helping to prevent sunburn, photoaging, and dark spots while maintaining a breathable, non-greasy texture. The formula leaves no white cast and is suitable across a wide range of skin tones.
The formula features 30% rice extract, rich in amino acids, ferulic acid, and other nutrients that help to moisturize, brighten, and support a smoother, more even complexion. Paired with panthenol (vitamin B5), it helps soothe irritation, reinforce the skin barrier, and reduce feelings of tightness or dryness that can come with daily sun exposure. Additional humectants and emollients give a dewy but not oily finish, making skin look supple and healthy. The texture is light cream–gel, spreading easily and absorbing quickly without clumping or pilling, even when layered over serums or under makeup.
The formula is typically free of drying alcohol and has minimal or no added fragrance, which makes it comfortable for many sensitive or reactive skin types that struggle with sting or redness from other sunscreens. It is well-suited to daily, year-round use: apply as the last step of the morning routine, in a generous amount (around two fingers’ length for face and neck), and reapply every few hours when exposed to direct sunlight for optimal protection.
