Open the pouch and take out the foot mask. Hold the top of both sides of the mask and tear it off. Put on the mask according to the heel and fix it with a sticker. Remove the mask after about 60 minutes. Wash your feet with lukewarm water.

Do not use the Heel Mask for more than 60 minutes. Calluses start peeling off in 3 to 5 days after use.
