Order Questions

Is VAT inclusive or included in the products' price?

Yes, all our product prices include VAT.

You can shop with confidence—no need to worry about any additional customs fees or taxes before receiving your favorite skincare products.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

We currently fulfill all orders from our warehouse in Hong Kong. We aim to dispatch your orders within 48 business hours during our working days (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Hong Kong time).

If your orders are placed on weekends or holidays, they will be processed on the next business day. We kindly ask for your patience and support as we do our best to dispatch orders as soon as possible

UK Deliveries: 5-8 business days from dispatch

Australia Deliveries: 9-12 business days from dispatch

Canada Deliveries: 8-12 business days from dispatch

How can I track my order?

Every order comes with tracking details, which will be sent directly to your email once your package has been dispatched from our warehouse in Hong Kong.

Why haven't I gotten a confirmation email?

If you haven't received a confirmation email, please consider the following steps:

1. Verify Your Email: Ensure that the email address you provided during the checkout process is accurate. Even a small typo can prevent emails from reaching you.

2. Check Spam/Junk Folders: Confirmation emails might occasionally be directed to your spam or junk folders. Please check these folders to see if the email has been filtered there.

After reviewing these aspects and if you still can't locate your confirmation email, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support.

Which countries do you ship to?

Currently, we only ship to these countries:

  1. UK (5-8 business days from dispatch)
  2. Australia (9-12 business days from dispatch)
  3. Canada (8-12 business days from dispatch)

UK Delivery

Free delivery on orders over £50 (5-8 business days from dispatch)

£15 - on orders below £50 (5-8 business days from dispatch)

Australia Delivery

• Free delivery on orders over AU$180 (6-15 business days from dispatch)

AU$35 - on orders below AU$180 (6-15 business days from dispatch)

Canada Delivery

• Free delivery on orders over CA$220 (8-12 business days from dispatch)

Where do you fulfil the orders?

We currently fulfill all orders from our warehouse in Hong Kong.

Do you offer express shipping?

Currently, we don’t offer express delivery, but we’re actively working to add more shipping options soon.

Products Questions

Why are your products much cheaper than others?

Our products are cheaper because we source them directly from some of Hong Kong's biggest skincare distributors. We cut out all other middlemen who would mark up the prices.

We then pass these savings on to you because we believe that everyone should have access to affordable skincare products.

How should I introduce new products to my skincare routine?

When introducing a new product into your skincare routine it is highly important to perform a patch test. A patch test involves applying a small amount of the product to a discreet area of your skin, such as behind your ear or on your neck. By doing this, you can check for any adverse reactions, like redness, irritation, or allergies, before using the product on a larger area of your face or body.

When introducing multiple new products to your skincare routine, it's also advisable to follow a staggered approach. This means adding one new product at a time and allowing a few days to assess how your skin reacts before adding another new product. This approach helps you identify which product may be causing any issues or providing the desired benefits.

Following these recommendations will help to ensure that you get the best results while minimising the risk of any adverse reactions.

Returns Questions

What is your returns policy?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened, sealed and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

*Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping fee to our Hong Kong warehouse.*

How do I return an item?

Please contact us at cs@skintreats.co.uk for return approval. Only items with a return approval can be accepted.

Once we have approved the request, we will provide you with address details and we kindly ask you to post the item within 14 days upon receiving the approval.

When posting the returned items, please state the order number clearly on the exterior or interior of the parcel along with the packing slip or a copy of invoice so we can identify your return.

Can I exchange items?

We do not currently offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to order a different product or need a replacement for your current purchase, the most efficient way to handle this is to follow a two-step process:

1. Initiate a Return: Contact us to inform us about the return of the product you would like to exchange. We will guide you through the return process and provide you with all the necessary information.

2. Place a New Order: Once the return is completed, you can proceed to place a new order for the desired product on our website.

When will I receive my refund?

It may take up to 10 working days for a refund to be reflected in your bank account, depending on the payment method and your bank’s processing times.

You will receive an email notification once it is completed on our side.

If you don’t receive your refund within 10 working days since you received our email, please email our customer service at cs@skintreats.co.uk.
